Jon Hicks is our executive chef with 15 years in the restaurant industry ranging from steakhouses to golf clubs and corporate dining. Jon truly exhibits the "Culinary Student for Life" creed in his every day interest and energy devoted to his profesion.He is a graduate of Ivy Tech State College with a Hospitality Administration degree with a Culinary Arts specialty. He enjoys the science of cooking, wine tasting and pairings, plus staying current with food trends in his readings and professional exchanges. "Preparing and hosting dinners at Purgatory Golf Club is often the best part of my job," Jon states. "Not too many people find their passion as early as I did. Donna Martin is our Food and Beverage Director and Banquet Manager. She has served in the catering and hospitality industry for 11 years. Donna has been with the golf club since its inception, graciously serving both small and capacity size groups.She directs a wait staff of cordial, professional and attentive servers.
